Privacy Policy

Overview
This privacy policy explains what data MagThreonate Brain Lab (magthreonatelab.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little personal data as possible.
Data We Collect
Visiting the site does not require you to create an account. We do not request your name, email, or any other personal identifier to read our content.
We do collect a limited set of technical and usage data, automatically:
- Analytics: via Google Analytics 4 (collected through Google Tag Manager). This includes anonymized IP address, pages visited, session duration, referring source, and approximate location (country/region).
- Click events: we log when an outbound affiliate link is clicked, so we can understand which reviews are useful. This does not identify you.
- Affiliate cookies: when you click a "Check Current Price" link and visit a merchant, that merchant sets its own cookie to attribute the eventual sale to us. The cookie belongs to the merchant — see their privacy policy.
- Email correspondence: if you email us via the contact page, we receive the email address and content you send. We use that information solely to reply.
Cookies & Tracking
See our separate cookie policy for the full list of cookies set on this site, what each does, and how to opt out at the browser level.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build profiles for advertising.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data-protection laws such as the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA). These can include:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion: request that we delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, email us via the contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
Analytics data is retained at the default retention period set by Google Analytics 4 (currently 14 months). Email correspondence is retained for as long as is necessary to resolve the underlying request, then deleted on a rolling basis.

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
